Why should I shop with Natured?

At Natured, we've thought long & hard about what would create an awesome grocery experience. Below are just a few examples of why we're different than the rest:

  1. Like you, we love amazing food. We carefully source and select the food that goes into your order so you don't have to worry about receiving an over-ripened tomato or week old bread.

  2. We've created Natured "Staples" to make getting food items you want every week easier. Subscribe to a variety of food items to simplify your grocery list when it comes time to shop.

  3. We make it easy to make local food a mainstay in your kitchen every week.

How does Natured deliver such fresh food?
We work directly with local food makers that make, harvest, and catch your food in the days leading up to your delivery.
How do I sign up for Natured?
Sign up for Natured by clicking on the "Sign Up" button at the top right the Natured homepage.
Do you deliver to my area?
See if we deliver to you by visiting the delivery page. We deliver to most areas in and around the Boston area. If we don't deliver to you right now, you'll be placed on our waitlist and we'll let you know when we're ready to deliver to you.
What days do you deliver?
We currently deliver on Tuesdays between 11AM & 9PM.
How do I set items to recur?
The top right of each product holds the "clock icon". When you click on this icon, you can set an item to recur, starting on your next delivery, on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
Can I pause my deliveries?
Of course! We understand that sometimes you just have to get away. Visit your Account Setting and hit the "pause" button.

Shopping with Natured

How do I start shopping with Natured?
After joining the Natured Family, you can begin setting your Natured Staples right away and creating your weekly grocery list.
Do I need to sign up to shop with Natured?
Yes, you need to sign up to place an order with Natured. If we don't deliver to you yet, you can still explore the market and begin creating your Natured Staples.


How do I place my order?
On Monday at 11:59pm, your order will automatically be placed unless you've paused your account or haven't filled your grocery basket with anything.
Is there an order minimum?
We don't have an order minimum but we do greatly appreciate it when you order atleast $40 worth of food as this helps Natured stay alive and to keep delivering the freshest local food around you.
Do I receive a copy of my order receipt?
You'll receive an e-mail with your receipt after your order is processed. You can also access all orders through your account page.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a perishable item?
We want you to have the best possible experience shopping with Natured. If you don't like something in or about your order, let us know and we'll make it right.
Can I return a non-perishable item?
If you've ordered a non-perishable item and haven't opened it, we'll gladly take it back.
What if I forgot to "pause" or edit my order?
We're understand things happen. If you've forgot to "pause" or edit your order before Monday evening, just reach out to us. We always do anything we can to help!


Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver in and around the Boston area. Visit the Natured Delivery page and enter your zip code to see if we deliver to you.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver on Tuesdays between 11 AM and 9 PM.
How do my cold items stay cool?
Most items that are cold arrive frozen. We place your cold items in insulated bags with ice packs that keep your food cool for up to 8 hours.
Do I need to be home when my order arrives?
Nope! We're happy to leave your groceries on your doorstep. Your groceries arrive in insulated totes and paper bags that are enclosed from the outside. Feel free to e-mail us with your instructions on where we can leave your groceries when we arrive.
Is delivery free?
Yup! We believe receiving great local food should be easy and not break the bank.


What should I do with my Natured bags?
Please leave them outside on the day of your next delivery. No worries if you forget, we'll get them next time. We'll clean and sanitize them thoroughly before reusing them.
What should I do with glass containers and bottles?
We'll happily take back any containers that are eligible for a bottle deposit and credit your account with the proper amount. Place them outside on the day of your next delivery with any reusable bags and/or ice packs.

Our Food

How do you choose the food in the Natured Market?
We source wholesome foods that taste amazing and are good for you. We want the Natured Market to be a market that you can trust and not have to worry about offering anything we wouldn't want to eat ourselves.
Do you offer non-local products?
We offer non-local products when local options are not available and to help you to still complete your weekly grocery shop.
How do I know where my food comes from?
We love being super transparent. When shopping the Natured Market, each product is listed with its associated food maker. When local options aren't available, you'll see the supplier of that food be the "Natured Farmstand" which signifies the produce we source from a network of trusted food providers.
Do you list the details of each product and food maker?
Yup! Simply click on the product you're viewing. You'll be able to see where that product comes from, its ingredients, and how to store or prepare it.

My Account

How do I access my Account?
If you're on a desktop, click on "Account" in the top right corner. If you're on a mobile device, click on the button in the top right corner and select "Account" from the drop-down.
What if I forgot my password?
No problem. Simply click on the "forgot your password?" link when trying to sign in. If you need further assistance, reach out to the Natured Team by visiting the Contact page.

Billing & Payment

When am I charged for my order?
You're charged for your order on the morning of your delivery.
How do you keep my payment information secure?
We work with Stripe, a trusted payment processing company, that takes security seriously. They're certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry.
How do I add a credit or debit card for payment?
Go to your "Account" and click on "Billing." Here you'll be able to enter multiple cards.
